These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WCFM platform, including the uploading, sale, purchase, access, and usage of digital products, online courses, and subscription services.
By creating an account, uploading content, purchasing or accessing any products or services on WCFM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use any seller or buyer features.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
WCFM operates as a digital marketplace and learning platform:
a) Marketplace:
Independent sellers may upload and sell their own digital products.
WCFM does not create, own, or resell third-party products.
b) Course & Subscription Services:
LearnersMix sells online courses, displays Scholarships, internships, conferences, events and subscription access packages developed or licensed by the Platform.
In all cases, WCFM is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers, and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any offered products or courses.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including:
Sellers
Buyers
Students
Teachers / Instructors
Subscribers
Use of the Platform in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
By uploading or selling any product on WCFM, you represent and warrant that:
You are the original creator and rights holder of the content.
The content is entirely human-created and not AI-generated.
The content is not Private Label Rights (PLR).
The content is not resold, redistributed, or repackaged from:
WCFM
Other vendors
Any third-party marketplace
The content does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or other rights, and does not contain harmful or illegal material.
Sellers bear full legal responsibility for all content they upload.
You may not upload, sell, or distribute:
AI-generated or AI-assisted content
PLR, white-label, or resale-licensed content
Pirated, stolen, or scraped material
Rebranded or lightly modified third-party content
Content exposing WCFM to legal or regulatory risk
Violation may result in removal, warnings, suspension, or termination.
When purchasing or accessing a product, course, or subscription on WCFM:
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content.
You may not:
Resell
Share
Redistribute
Re-upload
License the content to others
Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.
Payments for purchases and subscription services are processed by authorized third-party payment providers such as Stripe and PayPal.
Commission Structure (Marketplace Seller Fees):
0% commission for the first six (6) months after launch.
After six months, WCFM charges a 20% commission on completed sales.
WCFM may modify commission rates with reasonable prior notice.
Subscription & Course Fees:
Fees for courses and subscriptions are non-refundable on LearnersMix and WCFM.
WCFM will communicate pricing and any changes before applying them.
Coupons & Promotions:
WCFM may introduce discounts, coupons, or promotional campaigns at its discretion.
All purchases of digital products, online courses, and subscription services are final:
No refunds
No returns
No chargebacks supported
By purchasing, users acknowledge and accept this policy.
Sellers retain ownership of their content.
WCFM is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, market, and deliver the content through the Platform.
WCFM retains all rights to the Platform’s system, design, and proprietary technology.
WCFM enforces these Terms using a graduated enforcement system:
First violation: Warning and content review
Second violation: Content removal and account warning
Third violation: Account suspension or termination
WCFM may remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice if there’s clear evidence of legal violations or significant risk. Where possible, users will be notified after action is taken.
WCFM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access to protect the Platform, users, and business interests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCFM is not liable for:
Content quality
Seller actions
Course outcomes
Buyer misuse
Financial loss
You agree to indemnify and hold WCFM harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from:
Uploaded or accessed content
Purchases
Violations of these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
WCFM may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
