Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At LearnersMix, we provide a wide range of digital learning solutions — including online courses, downloadable resources, live tutoring sessions, and conference registrations.

Since many of our products are delivered digitally and become accessible immediately upon purchase, refund requests are handled with care and assessed individually.
Please note that if your purchase was made through a third-party marketplace or payment processor, their refund policies may also apply.

 


 

1. Digital Courses & Video Programs

14-Day Refund Window:
We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase, provided that:

  • The course has not been fully completed, and

  • Less than 10% of the total course content has been accessed or viewed.

To request a refund, please contact support@learnersmix.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request. We may ask for proof of course access activity to verify eligibility.

 


 

2. Downloadable Resources (PDFs, Templates, Materials)

As downloadable content is made available immediately after purchase and can be duplicated, such items are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases, such as a defective or corrupted file that we are unable to replace.
In these cases, we may offer either a replacement file or a refund, depending on the situation.

 


 

3. Live Tutoring & One-to-One Sessions

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without any charge.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or failure to attend will be fully charged.
Refunds for missed sessions are granted at the sole discretion of LearnersMix.

 


 

4. Subscriptions & Memberships (Premium Access)

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
Cancelling will stop future billing, but it will not automatically refund the current billing cycle.

Refund requests for recent subscription charges will be considered within 14 days of the transaction date and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

5. Conference Registrations & Events

Refund and transfer policies for conferences or events are outlined on the respective event registration page.
Typically, refunds are available up to a specified cut-off date. After that date, transfers or partial credits may be offered in place of refunds.

 


 

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email support@learnersmix.com with:

  • Your order or transaction number, and

  • A clear explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Our team will respond within 5 business days.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 


 

7. Exceptions & Fraud Prevention

No refunds will be issued for purchases made through fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
LearnersMix reserves the right to decline refund requests if misuse or abuse of the refund policy is detected.

 


 

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we will conduct a thorough investigation.
Should the chargeback be reversed in our favor, LearnersMix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.

1. Digital Courses & Video Programs

  • Generally non-refundable. Because downloadable files are delivered instantly and can be copied, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., defective file that we cannot correct). In such cases we will offer a replacement or refund.

3. Live Tutoring & One-to-One Sessions

  • Cancellation & reschedule: You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without charge.

  • Late cancellations / no-shows: Subject to full charge. Refunds for missed sessions are issued only at our discretion.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
